@GlasgowCC That's helpful as our bins for 18 flats are overflowing as scheduled collections haven't happened - sadly the same every year. Last year about 8 weeks till they were collected again. Maybe this year the record can be broken?

@marksandspencer was awful sad at store today picking up Christmas order - Wagyu Pie (£50) package all bashed and half open. Choice - we will refund or you take pie. No offer of discount. Gave pie back after manager stuck package together with tape! WTF? Happy Christmas...
