Been thinking about context engineering. In the case of shared team context windows, this rots. Week 1: someone adds a note. Month 1: someone contradicts it. Month 3: nobody trusts it... but the model still reads every line. Maybe context engineering needs a curator at a team level. Or maybe it needs to decay on purpose.
