Never underestimate the journey of an unpaid carer as their loved one moves into a care home. They have likely had their own needs set aside, probably been ignored by professionals & had to fight for the rights of both themselves & their loved one... that's trauma.

Incorporated within the activity program -whole team approach to encourage a sense of achievement.
