@luke_pighetti What would you say is second and third on that list?

There's a short list of things that devs CANNOT COMPREHEND about mobile app sales.
Paywall in onboarding is the BIGGEST ONE.

I officially declare, I was wrong. I was never a fan of having a paywall on the onboarding But man, does it convert... I currently make more purchases during the onboarding than later. This is so counter intuitive in my opinion but take this as a sign to test it yourself!

@mhadaily @Microsoft Absolutely. Expect a ping when I am back from my vacation.

@andreidiaconu @Microsoft Thanks, we need to connect internally btw, looking forward to seeing what you are up to these days? Any flutter activity 😊? Happy to be part of it if possible

@CFDevelop Judging by your other comment, I would say no. Caching is always harder than it seems and you are optimizing for unlikely scenarios.

@d_feldman Love this tweet. I think about this constantly with examples like wordpress or winamp in mind. I sometimes think about what product category could be taken over today with this approach as well.

Both #onnxruntime and #flutter are multi-platform. Put your hands together and you can deploy machine learning on any platform! devblogs.microsoft.com/surface-duo/fl…

@PereAyats Without any other info, $15k hands down. $150 MRR really doesn’t mean anything unless it’s growing reliably.

@luke_pighetti However much you feel a refactor would take, it probably is just a few hours.

@manoj_ahi Felt the same way during any os change, be it between ios and android or macos and windows. If you stick with it for a month you might get used to it and find it hard to switch the other way.

Yesterday I got the iPhone 14 pro. After using it for a day, I can say I didn't like iOS
I don't know but they seem to be missing some basic features.
Thinking of returning it and getting a pixel maybe.

@WdeB Top left, but they all look a bit too intricate for recognizing at a distance or at small sizes.
English

@SebastianRoehl I removed the app from a few countries where the culture was more prone to this type of behavior. No surprise that those same regions offered me next to no purchases.
English

I know, getting reviews like this is normal when you offer some kind of IAPs, but it always leaves a dent in my mood 🙁

@PreusslerBerlin Is that all? Do they offer reasons? The reasons are the feedback (however dumb they may seem). If they give no reasons, I agree it is just lame internet behavior.
English

@mattwensing I like this. Never thought of it this way. Will try to charge a lot more on my next product. You get to fail more clearly as well, instead of getting drunk off random small purchases.
English

@PreusslerBerlin Is it possible that you are seeing some of the negative feedback as pushback?
English

@Nelsonweze Take a class from your codebase, that you know has a few issues, ideally an older version from git, before a refactor and have them do a code review. Give them however much time they want, have it be a written review.
