@ninelivescatt @DogWisdomPoker You have someone send $500 from a 3rd party account they hacked. He gives you cash, the transfer gets flagged as fraud, the company takes the money back. Been a standard scam for over a decade, its ok to ask but he's 100% right its a red flag if you barely know each other.

@DogWisdomPoker Didn’t think 500$ was a lot tbh I’ve normally had it done/ do it for others. I don’t get how I could have “snaked” him

Hegseth: "We're still dealing with the environment Joe Biden created—depleting our stockpiles and sending them to Ukraine instead of our own military. Every time we face a challenge, it traces back to 'Well, sent it to Ukraine.'" It looks like they’re just going to blame Ukraine whenever anything goes wrong now, doesn’t it? It’s depressing to watch because while this administration will eventually leave office, a segment of Americans will keep hating Ukraine without even remembering why.

@AdamGra91130490 Yeah, agreed. Some of the issues were thrown out on summary judgment, but I guess the judge felt like a false light claim was close enough that it should at least be heard by a jury. I think it should have been thrown out too, but at least the jury got it right

It’s obvious why they sued him. They’re a bunch of dipshit cops who violated procedures, stole Afroman’s money, and didn’t think raiding the house of a world-famous comedic rapper with security cameras would result in them getting publicly shit on in songs
ProsecutorsPodcast@ProsecutorsPod

The Afroman story seems like one of those where everyone laughs and high fives Afroman and then in two years the Netflix documentary comes out and it's like, Oh, that's why they sued him.

🚨 COSTCO CEO JUST ATE HIS OWN PRODUCT ON CAMERA — THEN SAID SOMETHING NOBODY EXPECTED Costco’s CEO Ron Vachris just sat down and did the “CEO eats his own product” test… and went straight for the $1.50 hot dog combo. Then he says it: the price isn’t changing. No increase. No timeline. No “we’ll revisit.” In 2026… while food prices keep climbing… this one thing is locked in place. First the McDonald’s CEO goes viral eating his own $12 "product." Now the Costco CEO eats a $1.50 hot dog. Same move… completely different message. Which one actually feels more real to you?

@gr8tixx @ChadAHolloway You understand Doug bought the Lodge right? His lawyers didn't structure anything everything was in place for years before he had anything to do with it.

WRONG. The loophole wasn't created by the state — Doug created it. Texas law prohibits gambling for profit, so he structured the rake as a "membership fee" and "time charges" specifically to circumvent that. The state didn't write a law saying "charge a membership fee and you can run a poker room" — Doug's lawyers engineered that structure to exploit the gap. There's a difference between a law having an unintended loophole and someone deliberately constructing a business model designed from day one to skirt the law. That's exactly what's being investigated right now — whether the structure was legitimate or manufactured to avoid prosecution. The fact that the IRS is involved alongside TABC suggests they think it's the latter.

I have read Search and Seizure Warrant against The Lodge in full, and it does appear to be a witch hunt. Essentially, they're deeming poker in TX illegal and therefore classifying what we'd consider normal banking transactions as money laundering because it's proceeds from what they say is illegal gambling. All the undercover operations outlined in the affidavit describe a normally functioning, well-run poker room. To me, nothing in it suggests what we in the poker world would consider scandalous/nefarious, but rather authorities simply taking a stance on the grey area/loophole that they consider illegal. If the TABC ultimately prevails that poker at The Lodge constitutes illegal gambling, it’ll shut down every room in TX. More on @PokerNews here 👇 pokernews.com/news/2026/03/t…

@brandongradelle @ChadAHolloway Are they really the largest considering TCH has 6 locations across the state? Honestly this looks and feels super gross like an angle from TCH considering they have a circuit stop coming soon. This cause irreparable damage to their #1 competitors.

I rewatched the The Matrix Reloaded on a flight from Los Angeles to Chicago last week & it was electric. Exceptionally fast flight. I will forever continue to wonder why this movie isn’t mentioned as an all-time great sequel. There are 4 sequences that are visually jaw-dropping.

In 2025, Trump’s first year as president, GDP grew just 2.1%, weaker than any year under Biden and down from 2.8% in 2024. Trump claims that the Biden economy was the worst in history. But if his economy is worse than Biden’s, doesn’t that mean the Trump economy is now the worst?

They should be held accountable. First of all Trump should repeal the Smith Mundt Act and then when they do lie they should fined by the FCC over and over until they cant afford to lie anymore. Not only have they spread lies but they have managed to isolate and brainwash half of a country. How this was ever allowed to happen is a disgrace. They give ALL journalists a bad name. Any American with half a brain cell knows they cant NOT be trusted. Their "Anonymous" sources is made up bullshit to cover their asses.

Even a declaration of no quarter, even without action, is a war crime and has been for more than a century. So, you know, the SecDef just did a crime - often treated as a hanging or firing squad offense - on TV, presumably because he is too dumb to realize what his words mean.
Acyn@Acyn

Hegseth: No quarter, no mercy for our enemies. Yet some in the press just can't stop. More fake news from CNN reports that the Trump administration underestimated the Iran war's impact on the strait of hormuz. The sooner David Ellison takes over that network, the better.

@BenS_MTG I agree that would be ideal, but I think reasonably it just can't be done on this timeline. Balancing 190 card sets is so much easier, I personally really like that the limited format changes 6x a year now that's pretty awesome and worth some dud's

@andrejsprost Im not saying its no work, but its the only solution I see to having these sets be good for draft.

I'm not against UB. If using popular IP grows magic, great. He's right small sets do suck for draft. I'm not saying 6 sets a year is better than 4, but if there is gonna be 6 might as well just make them 300 cards not 190 so they can potentially be good draft experiences.
Ronald ''PrediMTG'' Müller@PrediMTG

Those 190 Cards Magic sets are beyond garbge to draft. Hope in 2027 we gonna get normal sets again cause this 3-4 times a year as a limited streamer is pure horror. (I played resident evil requiem and that game is alot less horror then those unplayable limited sets)
