Question Period is one of the few ways to hold the Prime Minister accountable.
@MarkJCarney attended less than 3 out of 10 Question Periods!
Carney isn't just running away from accountability, he shows disdain for our Parliamentary Democracy.

Images from the last time someone thought it would be a good idea for the government to run grocery stores: Breadlines, and empty shelves.
But I’m sure this time will be different, right comrades?

Who?! There really is no story here if @althiaraj doesn't actually name anyone who's saying these things. I sit in this caucus, and I can say that this piece is a massive misrepresentation of the current feeling. If anything, I'd say the prevailing sentiment is one of positive momentum and optimism - the opposite of the picture this person, WHO IS NEVER IN THE ROOM, is constantly painting.
As far as a leader asking his or her leadership team to reflect on their accomplishments - that's pretty standard protocol for someone (in any organization) trying to build the strongest team possible, with people in positions they feel they are best able to make contributions in.

🚨WoW🚨
2hrs of an unfiltered, unscripted, personal & vulnerable @pierrepoilievremp
@thediaryofaceopodcast is an incredible interviewer that truly allows Pierre to let his guard down and share his story.
This is just a tiny snipit. All questions are on the table, and all are answered.

Here’s @PierrePoilievre promoting Canadian oil and gas on the @StevenBartlett podcast.
While Carney keeps the Liberal anti-energy laws in place, Conservatives will unlock our natural resources so we can fuel the world and create jobs and powerful paycheques here at home!

Could this be the next Prime Minister of Canada?
Recently, I’ve been finding myself up all night trying to figure out what the hell is going on in the world and if we're on the verge of World War III…
So, today I’m sitting down with Pierre Poilievre who is the leader of Canada's Conservative Party and Leader of the Opposition. He became one of the youngest MPs elected to Canadian parliament and has spent 2 decades fighting for working class people and fair opportunities.
Pierre told me that he’s on a mission to make Canada the freest and most affordable place in the world, and he’s not stopping until that happens.
To give you more context on his background, Pierre was adopted at birth by two school teachers who struggled financially and ended up losing multiple homes which meant that they had to start again from nothing several times throughout his childhood.
That experience shaped what he believes about work, money, and fairness. When speaking about his parents, he told me that they taught him that it doesn’t matter where you come from. It matters what you do.
That belief is now at the centre of everything he’s trying to change.

The city of Ottawa has no power to block imports made with forced labour.
The Liberal federal government does…but they are not.
Why does the Globe protect the Carney Liberals by using “Ottawa” instead of assigning responsibility!?!

Another example of how the mainstream media helps to protect Carney:
Global News fails to mention that Canadians pay 18% more for gas than in the U.S. because of high Liberal fuel taxes and the fact that Carney is driving our dollar down.
Can’t debate solutions without properly diagnosing the problem
And Global quoted Carney but did not balance with a Conservative voice.

Corey doesn’t get it.
The Conservative approach would have meant billions of foreign investment into our energy sector for the past 10 years.
And more non-U.S. exports would mean a more powerful Canadian dollar.
Which would have meant the Canadian dollar could purchase more.
Corey Hogan 🇨🇦@coreyhoganyyc
Aaron are you suggesting Canadian companies be required to sell gas to Canadians at non-market prices because a guy tried that in the 1980s and it wasn't a hit here in Alberta.
