This is a song I’ve sung to Jaden since he was a baby. Several years ago, he started to sing along with me. People ask me all the time, “Does Jaden communicate with you?” The answer, of course, is yes. He just has his own mysterious and incredibly beautiful language. ❤️

Pierre Poilievre represented Canada well on the Joe Rogan Experience. Kept to his classy rule about not criticizing the Prime Minister on foreign soil, provided important context to soften the perceived harsh edges of policies that have - often unfairly - generated outrage among some in the U.S., and emphasized Canadian unity. Quite well done.

GENUINE QUESTIONS: What would be the @CBC criteria as to whether or not to cover this particular committee hearing on @CBCNews today? Is it worthy of a story on @CBCTheNational or a panel on @PnPCBC? What about a discussion on @AtIssueCBC? The testimony in this video deals with questions on the minds of countless Canadians whose views are significantly underrepresented on the public broadcaster they pay for. I hear these types of questions at every single one of the dozens of constituent roundtables I host every year. The frustration is significant, and it needs to be heard and addressed. Doesn’t it? 🇨🇦

@7Flash7 @gmacofglebe @belle_levesque I’d say your views are well represented on our taxpayer-funded public broadcaster. If you truly care about national unity, you’ll fight for the right of the 41% of voters who supported the Conservative Party to have their views represented as well.

Both Global Affairs Canada and Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada are now both prioritizing and favouring answering journalists who are subsidized by the federal government. This one goes out to all those who brushed away the idea that widespread subsidies to private media outlets was a slippery slope that would become a form of media accreditation.

Adam Smith was right: free markets allow people to earn more, pay less, and live better, happier lives.

Grateful today and every day for the women in my life, and to millions more across this country who keep striving, keep succeeding, and keep serving as amazing role models for the next generation. Happy International Women’s Day.
