I know many people were disappointed with Jinx chapter 100 yesterday… but honestly, to me, it felt like a very worthy farewell for everything they had been through together. For me, Jinx already ended in chapter 99, when JK won in a completely different way. Because to me, this is not a goodbye between two people… it’s the goodbye to the contract they had before, the one that revolved only around JK’s desires... And what do I mean by that? Well… if you go back and reread the very first chapters of the story, you’ll notice that in chapter 2 they themselves already started talking about the “Jinx.” That’s why ending the chapter with a scene at the doorway, right where everything first began, feels like the perfect final touch. They could have said goodbye at the entrance of the building itself… but instead, the author specifically chose for them to say goodbye at the door of JK’s penthouse, the exact place where everything truly started. Because from the moment Dan stepped into that apartment, his suffering throughout the entire story began... The fact that JK finally chose not to keep him by his side anymore also feels like a dignified way of letting go of the person he truly loves. After all, Dan managed to fix so many broken things in JK’s life… and because of that, JK simply feels he doesn’t deserve him. Since the very first day, all he ever did was hurt him. What happened during the final fight, where Kim Dan was harmed solely for the sake of winning the belt, was the final drop that made the glass overflow… a glass that had already been full for a very long time inside JK himself.... Through his thoughts, we constantly witnessed the internal battle he had with his own feelings, with guilt, and with feeling unworthy of KD. If before he already didn’t know how to ask Dan to stay by his side… after what happened, he simply convinced himself that Dan would be better off away from him... That’s why, for me, the ending of Jinx chapter 100 leaves me completely satisfied, because it’s perfect. It’s simply the closing of a cycle. Now we can finally focus only on their relationship. They’ll be able to look back at themselves, learn from their mistakes, and grow as people. Whether they meet again the next day, in a few days, or even months later… when they reunite, they won’t be together because of work or because of the Jinx anymore. They’ll be together because they truly love each other and genuinely want to share their lives together selflessly, without any benefit for one side or the other… just for their own happiness.... That’s why, if people want to think that Jinx truly ended with chapter 100, I think that’s completely valid… because in reality, it did end. Now we’re going to focus only on them ❤️🥹❤️ We’re going to witness their growth, and that’s what excites me the most… Kim Dan will stop thinking about the “Jinx JK” and will finally realize that JK is with him simply because he wants to be with him. And JK, in the same way, will learn from his mistakes and find a way to stay by Dan’s side no matter what… Jinx has stopped being Jinx… and will slowly become Kyungdan 🤍And btw, let’s not forget JK’s own words… it doesn’t matter if they’re family or not, he will always stay by Dan’s side and support him 🥹🖤....
