But, when the bull market returns in full-force, the projects that are building, active, and leading the bull run, could see new ATHs easily. When the bull market initially starts, all the people that have been grinding through the bear are eager to take profits. But once a lot of new eyes and money flows into the market, that is when we will really see NFTs start pumping.
