@divaypandey @windowsdev @JenMsft Hey Divay, we've found the cause of this loop. This will be fixed in the next version of Windows. The NotificationChanged event handler in your code causes the OS to enter the loop. Instead, use the background task trigger as described in the docs docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/… Thanks!

@divaypandey @windowsdev @JenMsft Hey @divaypandey, Andrew from the Notifications team here. We can't reproduce your issue. Can you share more as to how you're repro'ing this issue? What does your app's code do upon reading notifications from Listener? Does it pop a toast or anything?

@lancewmccarthy Toasts can actually fit quite a bit of text. The second line can contain around 315 lower-case L's, so I'd say use 315 chars
