Great bands should stop choosing the @O2AcademyBrix as their London venue. The audience gets treated like shit. Even priority tickets don’t get in before main act starts due to the ridiculous queuing system. And then the way security treats you on leaving is a disgrace - vile.

@TheExtremeMusi1 Can’t see many Flea mentions. Have a listen to Bright Eyes’ last record. It’s not all up front high freq stuff; it’s melodic and complimentary; it’s a separate vocal line and then dips to perfect rhythm. I don’t have enough gumptions to say he’s the best but it’s way better.

@JahDuran I used to believe that too. Then a few bands came along: Radiohead, Bright Eyes, Gomez, the Charlatans (early doors), Ride (latterly as Carnival of Light interrupted an incredible run).

Another embarrassing moment for Karl Dickson. This one is the worst one yet. Reaching for his pocket. “Oops. Me ol’ mucker @dannycare. Just pretend I was checking I didn’t drop my wallet. Nothing to see here.” Surely Prem rugby cannot ignore this. There is too much at stake.

Really enjoyed getting back on my feet and back in a gym, which I haven't done in over a year. Thank you to the legends Rob and Sarah @ Apex Neuro for looking after me with real care and empathy whilst working hard to push me to expand my limits. In the video I am doing leg extension at 70kg and hip thrusters with 40kg plus whatever that bar adds. I am also attached to a machine that supplies direct current to nerves, which supports the muscle group I am working in the hope of engaging some of the connections I have lost with MND. ✌🏼
