Mark Carney has been Prime Minister for a year. He asked to be judged based on the price of groceries at the store. Well Mark, the verdict is in and it’s not good for you, or 40 million Canadians.

Carney claims he is some kind of economic genius. But he’s following the same Liberal playbook. Nothing has really changed: The same high taxes and anti-development laws. The problem with Liberal economic policy is that they think they can run the economy with a government knows best approach. Carney demonstrates the worst of this kind of thinking throughout his whole career. That has never worked. The free market approach, getting government out of the way and keeping taxes as low as possible, is what has always produced prosperity and lifted people out of poverty.

Even Liberal cabinet ministers are demanding that Carney address his own MP’s appalling comments on forced labour. It’s time for Carney to stop hiding and take some responsibility.

Disturbing. Did this Liberal MP really just deny that forced labour practices are taking place in China? This is a documented problem. Why is this MP carrying water for the Chinese regime?

No. The problem is not "Ottawa." Ottawa is a city. The problem is the "Liberal government," whose present Liberal ministers, Fraser, Miller, and Diab, unleashed this immigration chaos. To fix a problem, name it.

More media bias: Who was it defeated by? No mention in the article that this attempt to fix the bail system was made by a Conservative MP, that Conservatives voted for it, and that the Liberals voted against it. Why not inform voters where each party stands on this issue? Because that would embarrass the Liberals.

It’s a dark day for free speech in Canada. Mark Carney’s Liberals managed to get their religious censorship bill through the HoC. Carney promised to be different but he's doing exactly what Justin Trudeau did: Hiding attacks on free speech in so-called "public safety" bills.

Pierre Poilievre asks about jobs and immigration. Mark Carney spouts a lot of nonsense but doesn't answer the questions. It's like he's pissing on my leg and telling me it's raining. I don't buy it.

Cities don’t make decisions. People do. The person who made this decision is Mark Carney. So why doesn’t the media just say that? Because when Carney makes a bad decision, the media protect him by blaming a collection of buildings and roads.

BREAKING!!! Carney’s Liberals just voted down common sense Conservative crime bills to: Repeal the Liberal easy-bail regime. End the sentencing discount for non-citizens convicted of crimes. Require consecutive sentences for sexual offences. Every day Carney proves he is not special. He’s just another Liberal.

While Conservatives welcome any progress on a new west coast pipeline, this methane equivalency agreement does nothing to address the anti-energy policies of these Carney Liberals that have blocked Canadian energy for the last decade. Mark Carney’s promises are an illusion because Liberal “keep-it-in-the-ground” laws like Bill C-69 and Bill C-48, the tanker ban, need to be repealed and the industrial carbon tax keep preventing Canadian energy from getting to market. It’s a huge reason Canada has the only shrinking economy in the G7. To build powerful paychecks at home and create unbreakable leverage abroad, Carney needs to repeal these anti-energy laws and get out of the way to strengthen our economy and unleash our natural resources.

Pierre Poilievre was asking serious questions yesterday in the House. What he wasn't getting back were serious answers.
