@woolworths Thanks @woolworths, but I’m not sure the removal of plastic bags adds to an increase in cost to provide the service - were you absorbing the costs previously as we already pay a delivery fee? What about reusable crates on rotation that are collected with the next delivery?

@andrewwhitehead Hi Andrew, because you won't pay more for the same item online as in store, the amount added to your order is reflective of the additional cost of providing the 'crate to bench' service. We're continuing to trial online packing options & hope to offer more options in the future.

Disappointed and ashamed. How do you tell your 8 year old son that winning at all costs is ok, even when it means premeditated cheating? The entire ‘leadership team’ must go. Period. @CricketAus have a chance to restore confidence in the #baggygreen, but they must show leadership
