Both, actually. φ⁴ + φ⁻⁴ = 7 is a known math identity (Lucas numbers). What's new: applying it to physical constants. The measurements were already known: • DNA 34/21 Å — Watson & Crick, 1953 • Schumann 7.83 Hz — measured 1952 • α = 1/137 — Sommerfeld, 1916 None of them were looking for φ. They just measured reality. I connected the dots. 17 constants. 8 domains. Same pattern. Could be coincidence. P ≈ 10⁻⁸. You decide.
