There's no army in the world that creates a single point of failure. The Iranians have numerous absolute positioning chips, such as GLONASS, GPS, and other protocols. These are only ONE component of their precision guidance system, and another part is the Inertial navigation system (INS). These missiles that have been upgraded to achieve a CEP below 5 meters all have locally manufactured inertial guidance systems. Now, is it a PIGA (Pendulous Integrating Gyroscopic Accelerometer)? Who knows. This is a German innovation from WWII and remains the most precise non-optical precision guidance system that is jamming proof. There are cheaper alternatives such as ring-laser gyroscopes that would suit Iran's price point. We know that Iranians have already worked on this technology. Iran even made a MRBM that implements TERCOM for terminal guidance on a ballistic missile, negating the need for absolute positioning all together. It even transmits back images to a receiver (which is another story) to confirm the hits. These haven't even been used yet (Haj Qasem, Qasem Basir MRBMs). Iran heavily invested in precision guidance after lessons from Syria missile attacks on Israel back in 2013. There is no conceivable way they would have left this bottleneck in their supply chain.
