Israel has deliberately left some houses in Gaza partially standing during its military operations, despite having severely damaged their foundations and supporting walls, rendering these structures uninhabitable from an engineering and structural standpoint. Yet due to the dire circumstances and the lack of any safe shelter, many families are forced to live in these dangerously unstable homes, fully aware of the life-threatening risk they face. With the ongoing escalation, Israeli forces detonate massive quantities of explosives—sometimes amounting to tens of tons—in various areas, causing violent ground vibrations felt throughout the Gaza Strip, with structurally weak homes bearing the brunt of the impact. These tremors lead to further cracks and the collapse of structural elements that were barely holding together, including roofs and walls falling onto residents. This has resulted—and continues to result—in severe injuries and fatalities among civilians, especially women and children. This phenomenon is not an incidental outcome; it reflects a deliberate policy aimed at the continuous destruction of the civilian residential environment, turning daily life into a constant threat of death—even inside homes that were not completely destroyed. As a result, people find themselves facing two equally devastating choices: either remain in the open without any shelter, or live beneath roofs that may collapse on them at any moment

Are the 46 children who were killed yesterday in Gaza participants in the events of October 7? Did they carry out any sniper operations? Or is your first and only goal simply to kill Palestinians?
Eylon Levy@EylonALevy

Hamas violates the ceasefire, killing an Israeli soldier. Israel responded with a series of precise strikes on Hamas regime military targets, including against terrorists who took part in the October 7 Massacre.

We woke up to shelling from Israeli warships near us on the shore of Deir al-Balah. Where is the ceasefire they speak of? How long will fear continue to live in our hearts and in the hearts of our children? Hasn’t this long night lasted enough?

A conversation that took place today between my son Imad💔 and me after the war in Gaza ended “Baba… has the war ended?” I smiled through the sadness and said, “Yes, Imad, it’s over… thank God.” He was silent for a moment, then looked up at me and asked, “So… are we going back to our home?” I looked around at the rubble, held him tightly, and said, “We will return, my love… we’ll rebuild our home, stone by stone, just like you used to build your little sandcastle.” He smiled with excitement and said, “I’ll help you, Baba! I’ll bring the stones and stack them… and I want my room to be just like the old one!” I laughed and told him, “Of course, Imad, your room will be even more beautiful. We’ll put your toys, your books, and our pictures on the wall.” Then he asked me with innocent fear, “But Baba… what if the planes come back?” I placed my hand on his head and said gently, “We won’t be afraid anymore, my son. Because God is with us, and this time we’ll build our home with love and patience — and no one will ever destroy it again.” Imad smiled, looked up at the sky, and said, “I’ll plant an olive tree next to the house, Baba… when it grows, it will give us shade.” I looked at him, hiding my tears behind a smile, and said, “And I’ll plant it with you, Imad… so that the tree will bear witness that we stood firm, and that we loved life — even after the war.”

Sorry to hear that, it's horrible and thanks for sharing with us. We shall never forget these stories of genocide. Your family is not numbers, may Allah grant them peace and fardos al janah and give you strength

Israel killed my family two years ago today. 21 members of my family were slaughtered in their bed, father, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, 14 nieces and nephews and a cousin… all gone in one second. And if Israel thinks I will forget my family or forgive their killers then they are very mistaken. Justice is coming!

The pain of my body weighs on me just as the ache of my soul does. A severe deficiency of vitamins and calcium makes every step heavy, and I’ve lost my teeth one after another as if they were leaving in protest against this suffering. We are victims of a war that has left us with nothing but pain

Today, I went to welcome my cousin, who had just been released from prison, but what I saw there tore my heart apart. Among the released prisoners was a man whom Israel had told that all his family members had been killed, just to extinguish his joy of freedom. When he stepped off the bus, he was stunned to see his whole family standing before him, their eyes filled with longing he collapsed to the ground and began screaming in shock. Another prisoner came out unaware that his wife and daughter had been martyred. He anxiously asked, Where is my wife? only to receive the devastating answer that she had passed away as a martyr. He broke down in tears. What moments these are when freedom and sorrow intertwine, when joy is laced with pain, as if grief itself refuses to leave anyone in Gaza a space to smile.

Hossam and Anas should’ve been announcing the end of genocide ,celebrating the end of bloodshed. Instead, they gave their lives so the world could see the truth. Your courage, sacrifice, and voices will never be forgotten , the world is forever grateful for your truth. 🕊️
