"1200 calories is starvation" is a psyop. If you are: - a woman - have a desk job - short - over 40 (perimenopause territory) Your maintenance calories are between 1500-1600 If you want to lose fat, you need to create a deficit somehow

@centredevils They're becoming a parody of themselves. Talking about United DNA, club culture & standards while dragging negativity where ever & whenever they can. They've turned themselves into clickbait merchants. Neville so scared to be bias he's blinded to anything positive.

🚨🚨🌕| NEW: There is DISCONTENT among the Manchester United players over the personal nature of comments from ex-players. Senior players have encouraged youngsters not to let it affect them, but expressing frustration that pundits are too ready to kick the club while it's down. [@MailSport]

If the Brits refer to what we call ‘cookies’ as ‘biscuits’, what do they call what we know as biscuits??

“You are a government of cowards, because you won’t tell people the truth about migration” The Green Party’s Zack Polanski says society is “feeling broken” because of years of austerity, and “fair and managed” immigration is “a positive thing for the country” #bbcqt

The Labour Government refused a 1% asset tax on the super rich, yet raised taxes on people already struggling. All whilst their "black hole" turned out to be utter nonsense. Active choices to refuse to fund our communities which they desperately need. Join.greenparty.org.uk

All these people saying “no one will notice a £2 tourist tax” they will, for our team, who all stay in hotels it will mount up over the year + it costs hospitality business to collect this tax, and they have been battered enough.

Rachel Reeves says this Labour Governments decisions are "necessary." Why is it always necessary to hit the living standards of the 99%? When are we going to make the necessary decisions about extreme wealth?

@364690 Good. Everyone deserves a chance at an affordable life. In one sentence it's no one wants to work anymore, in another it's these people earn too much.

@theblackvault The glaringly obvious plothole is nothing to do with what's in the film. It's trying to get people who have no interest or don't think about the topic to pay £/$20+ for a talking head documentary

It's not about if people watch Age of Disclosure. I have no doubt many will. It's about whether or not they will remember it.

You went into Tesco's to hand back your club cards? Over a tree? I do hope you made a video, that would be brilliant. I can imagine the staff pissing themselves. @mrmole09

@elicash_lowkey @TheDylanBorland That's the beauty of it. Just rehash the same stuff over & over. It's always just on the edge, about to happen, on the peripheral. We're so close. Just read my new book to find out what (you won't find out).

@TheDylanBorland I, for one, got nothing from these interviews. What am I missing here? I get that he is respecting his oaths, but I don’t get what else he’s giving in addition to what he said in the last interview. Seems he wants us to read the books (🙄). I never finished the first one…

Yesterday, girlfriend asked me to come into a GPs appointment with her to witness the level of gaslighting she gets from doctors. She reported standard symptoms of sleep apnea, and asked if there were tests for this. He said it’s *impossible* to get sleep apnea if you are under 40 and not clinically obese. Proceeded to say it she almost certainly just has an anxiety disorder (despite no anxiety symptoms during the day). Then proceeded to prescribe her a relatively high dose of SSRIs and insisted she see a psychiatrist. His whole tone throughout was of mild irritation at having to deal with her. It honestly felt like being in some Victorian clinic and witnessing a woman with epilepsy being diagnosed with hysteria or something.

Reddit is so horrifying bc you can go to a sub for people with health problems and see tons of people desperate for help, strategizing on how to be taken seriously, and then you go to a doctor sub and it's full of professionals talking about hysterical women and blue hair.

Tesco could pay every worker an extra £10,000 and still make a profit. British Gas could pay every worker an extra £35,000 and still make a profit. Shell could pay every worker an extra £300,000 and still make a profit. It is the billionaires who are ripping you off.
