@localnotail If he had bothered to read the link he'd have already seen the farming angle being taken into account. I hadn't realised all the green spaces near me were wheat fields either, could save some money going to the park and harvesting some.

So it seems Lair of the Clockwork God isn't reeeally SteamDeck compatible, I'm afraid. It needs some tweaks to make it work properly, and that isn't going to happen until I can get my hands on one, which isn't likely to be any time soon :(

@buckysrevenge @danthat Well I said I'd get it, and I did. Apart from Desk Job, LotCG is the first game I've started on the Steam Deck. (I did finish off a playthrough of Portal that I was halfway through.) Great fun, having some proper laughs! It's also now 'verified' for SD on Steam.

@andybeta @danthat It really is playable except for 2 minor UI issues that I've run into on my Deck, and even those issues can be worked around with little hassle

It's only minor things: some of the text is a bit diddy on the screen and we do require a keyboard at one point in the game and that needs a jiggle to make it work. So, probably only about an hour's work but I can't do it until I have a unit, and I don't.
