@jaykinney2 @80_mcswan GCC and Scot Gov ain’t paid a penny into the games, it is compensation money from Australia after they pulled out as well as private funding from sponsorship and broadcasters. You might need to do research before presuming

@80_mcswan It’s quite simple the organisers (I would presume this includes GCC and Scot Gov) made the decision to sell it to a paid platform for the highest bid the could of course picked a free to air broadcaster or insisted that TNT should selected live sports on channel 5
