No, I propose the system continues to pay out. Appeals are still happening. Trump looked for a loophole to force VOA to uphold the Congressional mandates. They haven't for a long time. This legal battle isn't over. There have already been stays issued on this judges past rulings on this case, there likely will be one on this recent ruling too. SCOTUS has already ruled federal judges can't issue nationwide injunctions on EOs. Which shows Federal judges aren't without fault on their rulings. Hence the appeal process.

@LauraLoomer I totally agree with you Laura. Flying in general on any level is a Royal Pain no matter how one flies. Plus it’s expensive. No crying babies in 1st class. Rude beyond belief. Where was the flight attendant to address this disruption for 10hrs?

Not in Business or First class. People pay to have comfort in Business and First class so they can work, not listen to crying babies. I don’t want to listen to crying babies when I’m traveling for work and paying more for comfort while I work.
