@claycrosstownfc I’ve looked at this on and off over the years, as with most things it’s the preparation that costs and a FF funded grant guarantees you a 20 year guarantee on the sub base - arguably the most important bit. ROI key over 7-14 years as is maintenance

Due to our pitch conditions over the last 10 years , Clay cross town are looking to explore to self fund a 3G facility at mill lane , due to how long funding could take , we think self funding would speed up the process , can anyone advise if we went this route are we still eligible for any funding support ? Thanks in advance 💙 Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
