Masters of the Universe (East Region) On a cold and wintery day, two unlikely heroes travelled to the far away land of New Market, to challenge the best swimmers in the East Region.  No one expected such a flood of medals and vanquished foes. Well done, Owen and Me :-)

Long weekend at the pool had an exciting finish with Ryan swimming a big PB to earn a swim-off for a place in the 50m BR final. Managed to take another 0.2 off his time to make the final. Whoop whoop!
