This has been tried, it's insane and people hate it.
You end up waking up hours before dawn in the winter, it's beyond horrible for school kids, etc.
But people aren't really smart enough to grasp the issue abstractly until the experience it.

Slowly reorganizing my out of control tiny pantry.
I have given up on my husbands spice collection (for now)
Its a constant battle to find ways to label things that don't result in SOMEONE just finding an empty spot.
I really need 5x the space.🤭

Its small but fuctional. Husband finished slapping together a rough pantry, I roughly organized it. I really love those cheap cardbord shop parts bins. #pantry

Mrs. DBR pulled a container of this out of the freezer, and confused the hell out of me by declaring that she was making "birria birria with cheese"
Turns out, it was tricolor "barilla" rotini, with birria, and a bunch of cheese.
Delicious, cheesy goodness!

I just made a ton of birria. Like 10 lbs of beef. I gotta eat so many tacos and burritos now. Don't tell our Japanese friends, they may not be able to handle knowing about this. 😁

Potatoes are for losers. It's the food our ancestors had to eat when they failed at the hunt. In other words, food for the losers. Successful hunters ate meat. Eat meat and fermented foods.

Doing a little excavation, to make space to build the utility vault. Power, water, and backup generator are going in a 10'x20' concrete bunker down here.
That'll keep the temperatures nice and stable year 'round.
