@l1ttled0llette ohhh i very much do. i have bpd as well but i don’t think either makes the other worse if that makes sense. if i notice my hunger is making me a little angry, i chew minty gum with ice cold water!! it resets me for some reason and i feel refreshed lol

@ang4lyss I’m very curious, due to the low intake, do you not have horrible mood swings? I’m always in a very shitty mood and lash out on everyone when I was still on 500 per day
