Carrots are good for your eyes … and for degradable polymers? According to a new study published in @J_A_C_S, @chemie_lea, @angelasmlin and @helen_chem at @UofT created a polymer derived from β-carotene that can be broken down with acid and sunlight. fal.cn/3w411

My JSPS internship at @OISTedu this summer passed incredibly fast! I’m so grateful for all the memories and friends I made through it. I’ll miss Okinawa and its beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Thank you @luscombe_OIST for being such a welcoming and amazing host professor!
