You elect a leader to serve you, and somehow you're asked to "pray for God to touch his heart to do the right thing." This is how our people somehow excuse these people from doing their job. Why should I "pray" for you to do a job you're paid to do? Will you pray for God to touch my heart to do your job for you if you paid me to do the job?
