break ups are lowkey the way to lose weight. I was upset but realized im doing better. lost 15lbs and i moved on. I have great friends, a good life, and im free!!!

I wonder if he realizes its all his fault. he pushed himself out. he wasn't honest with himself and the ones around him. he took all the love and support around him and trashed it. he sabotaged everything good for him. and thats why he's back to old patterns and old "friends."

oh and the fact that he'd use his schizophrenia as like a guise that he was a horrible person. he'd do thing and tell lies that had nothing to do with schizophrenia and then blame it on it and say "I warned you in the beginning"

year long relationship over bc everything ended up being a lie. how much contact he had with his ex, the relationship he had b4 me, his vaping addiction, sexual acts with his bsf, like every corner I look around i find a new lie from him. I keep connecting prices to a bad puzzle.
