some time has passed and im feeling better than I was. living by myself and getting on hrt helped my mental a little bit. I'm still far from where I want to be, though. I've been thinking about names. my current favorite is anastasia

Feeling not real again

It’s really truly okay to do whatever feels right in pursuit of being myself. There is nothing to worry about. It’s okay for me to be Elise. It’s okay for me to write a Twitter thread at 3AM that I’ll be embarrassed about in the morning. (7/5)

It’s kind of funny that “Being Transgender” seems so intimidating, like saying that would be some massive assertion and commitment. And as such makes me a little bit antsy because I’m afraid there’s always a chance that it could be a mistake
