I'm going to Baja California Sur in a few months for a few days. What should I see, eat, do.. (other than soak + lay around)?

Can the US plz get well-made, aesthetically pleasing electric bikes like Lemmo, Veloretti, Cowboy, Vanmoof, etc. are selling in the EU. I'm ready to buy but not interested in spending 5K on an e-bike that looks like a minivan.

Every time I see a picture of (or visit) Alcatraz all I can think about is how idyllic it could be covered in naturalistic gardens, landscaped vistas, and sprinkled with a rotation of semi-hidden sculptures.
