@AnglianWater In Harling, no water since 11:00 yesterday morning. I was under the impression from your website that I might get even low pressure from an overland pipe but that hasn't happened, also on your website you mention bottled water deliveries but no sign of that either?

@AnglianWater our water has been off since 5am this morning and isn't due to be fixed until at least 9pm which will total 16 hours and there has been no offer of bottled water or any support at all. i have had to get water from a neighbour unaffected by the leak.

@Lauren273762742 Hello Lauren, we have just updated our website with the latest information. Our team have located the burst main but it's a complicated fix. They're currently finding a valve which will bring water back into the network while they carry out repair.

@AnglianWater What is going on here? One person has been told bottled water would be offered, then the same person told it’ll be on at 4pm. Another local - no bottles and no clue when it’ll be back on. What is going on?! Since 7.50am!!!

@anglianwater is it any wonder people get frustrated with you. Turn up Tues, sit in van for 4 hours, damage road surface for an hour and go. Turn up Fri, start work at lunch then go leaving a big hole in road. No one today except to put up barriers to stop peeps nipping down side
