Very cool evolution/bNAb/#influenza study by Phillips, Lawrence, ... @MichaelMDesai.
They generated ALL combinations (~100k) of somatic mutations of heavy chains of two broadly neutralizing flu ABs and measured their affinity to multiple antigens. 1/6
