@Fromehtozed @ColinDMello I think it's more layered. It can be an escape from social isolation, a reward for a long week, or a good grade. Sometimes the meal plans offered by Post Secondary institutions are more expensive. But some, yes, could save by not splurging. but not fair to lump everyone together

@angusdw @ColinDMello The fast food chains beside the college near me are full of students. That junk food adds up. Why not bring their own Thermos and lunch. I know one guy who started doing just that and he was amazed at how much he was spending unnecessary.
