Happy New Year, my friends— As the calendar turns, I find myself thinking less about time and more about people. About you. About the quiet, steadfast, often unseen ways you have held me and Rebecca up when my own strength faltered. You stood by me through illness, through fear, through days when the world felt unbearably small and nights that stretched on without answers. You read my words when I wasn’t sure I still had a voice. You believed in my stories when I questioned whether they mattered. Some of you sent messages. Some of you simply stayed. And somehow, that was enough to keep me breathing, writing, hoping. If I am still here—still loving, still creating, still trying—it is because of the grace you extended without being asked. You reminded me that kindness is not loud, but it is powerful. That love doesn’t always arrive with solutions, but it shows up anyway and refuses to leave. This new year arrives carrying both ache and promise. I don’t pretend to know what it will bring. But I do know this: I will step into it with gratitude stitched into every breath, carrying your compassion with me like a talisman. You have left fingerprints on my life, and I will spend whatever time I have left trying to pass that same kindness forward. May this year be gentle with you. May it surprise you with small miracles. BELLA I've been working with her everyday for hours flexing her back legs, massaging her muscles giving her her meds and today is the first day that I see incredible progress and hope. Add Vet Rehab Tech to my Caregiving to my resume. 💙🐾🐾

Earlier this morning Janey passed away in her sleep. Her family were with her. The love and support from all her friends and fans during this cancer journey brought her enormous joy. It has also been a huge comfort to us, her family and close friends, thank you.
