@dieworkwear Yeah, I got tips for that. Tell someone kind you are doing, it get on zoom or a phone call with them on mute. Go to a different room. Have something delicious with you. Or smells delicious. Still too scary? Then do 5 minutes

@jamiattenberg I think it’s a slow process of things I realize I don’t care about anymore. Overall though it’s an acceptance that youth culture is just that and my time in it has passed. I can now focus on other cultures. That came at 38 or so
