animecore bot (HIATUS)

‼️ announcement ‼️ the bot is going to be paused for a while so i can clean up this account. when i first made it i did not expect to get anything beyond 200 followers so… it’s kind of crazy around here! i will be replacing all the images with new sourced ones +

I’ll see if I can find some way around it (perhaps just posting photos manually…? Which is a pain in the dick but… what are you gonna do?) but this is so awful. What a joyless shithole this website has become.

This wasn’t how I wanted to “return”, but I may have to close this account for good since I apparently cannot afford to have the bot linked from Feb 9th onwards. Fuck, man.

@gwauu i use a mass tweet deletion program but my tweets will appear as individual urls and not the images, which makes deleting stuff difficult - hence why i want to start sourcing new tweets for easier deletion :)

@animecorebot_ ah ok, wasnt sure how easy it was like if there was a good backend way to do it but if its all manual, then completely understandable

@gwauu i would have to go through all 13.8k tweets individually and delete any duplicates, which sounds like a nightmare so… no :(

i don’t have much time to maintain this account irl since i’m very busy, and i feel bad that it’s so messy and there’s so many errors and issues. if you would like to unfollow, i understand! i promise i’ll try and figure everything out quickly. thank you for sticking by! - mod
