Today I am an openly autistic former behaviorist, trained in a relationship-based approach & I team up with other advocates to build an Autistic-centered training resources for ND people of all ages. I left the field & never looked back.

I realised when I was 26 as a result of increased sensory sensitivities, reduced social skills, OCD and burnout. It was a very scary time in my life because I didn't realise what was going on with me. But learning I'm autistic helped me be kind to myself and establish boundaries
