🧭 Junior silver miners just did something worth paying attention to.
$SILJ fell almost 9% today. Early May gap: filled. Key support: tested.
And the structure did not break.
This is not random. The sequence matters:
Violent one-day flush → gap filled → price crashes into support → internal breadth does not collapse.
That pattern has a name. It is called clean capitulation.
I look at the chart and see something familiar.
February 2025. Same type of flush. Same compression in the AD Ratio. Almost identical setup in the AD Volume Ratio. Ichimoku with the same transitional texture.
What came next: $SILJ rose nearly 290% in 11 months.
Will it repeat exactly?
I don’t know. Nobody knows.
But there is an important difference between the end of a cycle and a reset within it.
A cycle top breaks structure, breadth fails to recover, selling volume persists.
A reset clears excess in hours, not weeks. And leaves the floor intact.
Today looks like the second case.
The key now is binary:
→ Support holds and the AD Ratio turns → the thesis remains alive.
→ Support breaks with deteriorating breadth → the scenario changes.
Meanwhile, a fast and painful capitulation is always healthier than a slow correction that destroys weeks of internal structure.
The market spoke today. The answer comes in the next few days.
Trends build wealth. Judgment protects it.
