@ClareBreedon I’m same age,enjoying slowing down &v fortunate 2 have that opportunity,also have NHS pension already so that helps.Reckon I need 2 plan 2 do all the big adventures I hope for in nxt 10 years,& if I can carry on after then great, but don’t want to miss out by leaving it too late.

It’s a day for questions, sorry. What age did you or do you plan on retiring? I’m 61 now & it’s something I’ve been pondering for a while. Want to be young enough to enjoy myself but not run out of money. Conversely I don’t want to die with savings that’ll be for a nursing home!!

In the 1st, I was addicted to exercise & being ‘thin’. In the 2nd, I’m ‘overweight’ but have a much healthier relationship with food & exercise.
So, before commenting on someone’s weight, think about what they might be going through ❤️

@DeputyGrocott That 3 year old has a great grasp of language though 👏🏼 Very similar to one of my father’s favourite anecdotes from being evacuated to a boarding school in the war and a boy asked the master for a bit of toast… the master tore off a tiny corner and sent it down the line for him!

So the four year old is still not dry overnight and wears pullups. Just with the baby waking so much we can't deal with that as well. Are we the world's worst parents???

Class One shared Mud Boy by @SSiggs yesterday and then suggested ‘mud words’ that we don’t want to hear in our school.
It is a brilliant book for #AntiBullyingWeek and fits so well with our Protective Behaviours curriculum @ann_seal
