@knitpurlcode @TerryMetterJr CPL is so perpetually short staffed in the branches “off the floor” time does not exist…even when we are at a full staff complement, it doesn’t happen.

@TerryMetterJr Not at all for them, I heard back in the day when some libraries started rolling them out, they assumed if you’re on the floor you should be busy on your feet, visible and approachable. Nevermind all the other work you need to get done even when on desk.
