@trousersoflife @theRCN @patcullen9 That doesn't excuse poor behaviour. I will likely vote to reject but they've done the best they can in tough circumstances with a government who started by saying they wouldn't negotiate. I'd like to see how some ppl think they'd have done better?

Okay so I emailed my dsn over the weekend, and she rang me back yesterday. I've had BSLs over 14.0 for 2 weeks, in a row, without coming down. I wanted her to know that I wasn't doing it on purpose, that I'm doing all my insulin, and it's not diabulimia again......

@NurseStandard What does any of this have to do with how you conduct yourself as a professional or your ability to undertake your role? I have a couple of tattoos on show and it's never been an issue. I also have piercings also never an issue and certainly don't prevent me doing my job

I think some kudos to @parthaskar for dealing with such ridiculous and public Twitter harassment over the last few days.

Also a great example of status, follower numbers and profession (not Partha) not always being markers of trustworthiness on social media.

My next placement is a nursing home & I've mixed feelings: I love working with the client group but I've had some concerning experiences with care provided in grandparents' nursing homes. I'd be grateful for thoughts /advice please?
