As we wrap up lessons for Cohort 3, We want to appreciate the incredible tutors who have made the learning journey meaningful and impactful.

Day 25 – Work in Progress This week I worked on a new episode of my podcast: “Raise the bar. Be the bar.” It’s still in progress. What I wanted to do was record and publish immediately. What actually happened was slower internet, delays, and a forced pause. So I focused on • Refining the episode structure • Tightening the script • Clarifying the core message • Reworking transitions so it flows better • Asked myself: what standard am I really inviting people into? The episode explores this idea: Raising the bar isn’t about competing louder. It’s about embodying the standard you wish existed, even just for yourself.

First time I ate it, I hated it.

✨Highlights from the creative visibility challenge.✨ The first week of the creative visibility challenge has been amazing as the creatives in our community. ➠ Designers ➠ Writers ➠ Researchers ➠ Marketers ➠ Video Creators Have exceeded expectations, showing up daily for the past one week, showcasing their expertise and sharing their growth journey. We get to see our members showing up for their personal brand, building proof of work, shipping and dropping alphas!!! We have 20+ creatives actively participating in the challenge, showing up and supporting each other. Our community call on Saturday 7th February was all exciting as our members shared feedback from week 1 of showing up which included: ⤷1. Increased visibility. ⤷2.
