best instance of culture shock i’ve seen was meeting a bolivian coffee farmer on her second day in melbourne. she had just been to a supermarket and she was very scornful that we only had 3 potato varieties. she laughed about it but you could tell she was reassessing everything

Super excited the lightstick finally came today, the same day as Taec’s big day. 😆 I was so eager to try it that I put the battery carrier in upside down. It got stuck for a bit and totally freaked me out! 😅 Thanks for the ideas for keeping the magnetic pieces in position. Can’t wait to use it in 2 weeks! ✨
