@ShaunLintern Too many miss the NHS automated criteria, I went to the Pharmacist to get a private flu jab, but was told I could have it (one of many on a waiting list for respiratory consultation) 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

By the middle of December, only 37% of those eligible for a flu jab - including the over-65s, under- 17s, NHS workers, carers, pregnant women and people with long-term health conditions such as asthma and diabetes - had been vaccinated.

@Patrici89225734 We’ve that one, plenty of cookbooks cover that air fryer eg pinch of nom air fryer cookbook, but anything you can cook in the oven you can cook in the air fryer for about 25% less time. for 1 or 2 it’s ideal.

My sons have bought me an Air Fryer for Christmas! Now can anyone tell me what I do with it? This is NOT an advert!

They sold out, changed the recipe, cut corners and ended up paying the price. Serves them right.

@gillian_crabb @supertanskiii Yes, I was going to say Mirena coil - game changing for heavy & long periods. It’s a shame dr’s don’t take it seriously - teen daughter got very upset when dr didn’t believe she bled for weeks continually. Normal & not normal should be better understood!

@supertanskiii I and my girlfriends all use the mirena coil because it stops periods entirely... just make sure that your female gp is good or go to the std clinic and ask for a woman

Vomiting, cold sweats, unable to walk from pain, feeling suicidal prior, dismissed by GPs since 14, wrongly told it’s normal. A gynae specialist I waited 2yrs to see said “just have a baby” and threw 100 cocodomol at me - but y’know, at least I wasn’t at the battle of the Somme.

Today ... I'm not at the House because I'm having a hip replacement operation and won't be back at work (probably) until mid Jan. I'll miss days 5/6/7 of the Football Bill, as well as issues I'd like to have picked up. But I can still make a fuss to support important campaigns!

@Hepworthclare yes, its got worse as more of us move to 🦋, and we come back every now and then suprised by how there are so many right wing people, and to find the UK is a police state! So much misinformation. But while some organisations use X for support, we do need to pop in!

@ez8004 @LBC but internships are cheap labour, often one lot of interns leave, to be replaced by another lot. Depends on the role, but not all internships lead to full time work. If it is relevant, and you can afford to work for free, then fine. But who can afford to work for free?

@ZohoCares I'm having a lot of errors with a domain hosted email (using imap) on a mac running sequoia - last few days has been offline much of the time with 'unable to verify account name or password', but not consistently offline - what's happening?

@ZohoCares Thank you, am away but the account is iknowsupport@whitewaterchurches.co.uk - seems to come & go, but may be an apple issue with sequoia? As a colleague using windows hasn’t noticed it. Screen shots to follow next week

@riotgrandma72 I’ve found some nice book threads though, with lots of good ideas of books to read or buy. I think there are idiots everywhere, but on balance less & banning seems to work more effectively!
