@ClimateXChange_ @CenexLCFC @annemarteb Interesting report. For me it lacks consideration of the disbenefits with regard to flood risk in urban centres. Active travel uses space that could otherwise be used for (more) retrofit BGI, and almost always retains hard, impermeable surfaces.
