All very true factors contributing to the low birthrate in the Black community. I got pregnant my junior year in college. It was a humbling experience to say the least. A pregnant Black girl on a college campus was a rare thing to see.

White Supremacy or the Democrats that control zoning, legislation, taxation and regulation? How much of that money would go to bureaucracy and corruption before it EVER hit the streets? @_Re_UPS I do agree with Adonis in that there’s a shrinking of jobs for young adults who are home for the summer. Our kids used to be able to work at the mall, grocery stores, eateries and stores like Walmart. Those jobs are few and being taken over by adults. Walmart job freeze! Sad
