If you’re Iran, it’s not a bad day. Vahidi is now holding public meetings in Tehran, while the US is asking for a letter of intent to negotiate a framework for eventually a future deal. No indication that Iran is ready to give up Hormuz, or enriched uranium. Anything could still happen, but for now the diplomatic signals are pointing in Iran’s favor.
