@AmericanAir @AmericanAir Here we are once again…absolutely no help, no resolution. It’s been 9 months since the original incident and a month since “further review and follow up” was promised.

@AmericanAir not to mention, you didn’t get us on another flight until 3 days later incurring substantial costs with zero compensation.

@AmericanAir after 8 months, multiple phone calls, numerous emails…no help. My family’s flight was delayed and eventually cancelled due to a tropical storm in DC July 14th, but the only reason you will say is “Air Traffic Control” which is not acceptable for travel insurance.

@AmericanAir Frustrating? Yes because I really had hope…but once again American Airlines is NOT listening to what I am saying! We are not asking for compensation we are asking for you to give the correct information and say it was due to the weather instead of claiming “Air Traffic Control”
