@anomallytv it's two parts that's actually a split two parter. not like infinity war and end game that went together as parts but were their own individual movies with conclusions as well

I feel like I’m one of the only people in the world who thought the new Spiderverse movie was really unsatisfying when it comes to the story. A lot was introduced and almost nothing was resolved, and it ended right when you thought it might bring everything together.

@p90princess Dr didn't push me into it, but knew I'd been struggling. The most common thing I heard was about trying to strengthen my core and keep it as strong as possible, but I had a really tough time doing that as the pain was too bad with most spine motions.

@p90princess I'm not sure, honestly. I spent a lot of years trying to get help and no one really listening. Eventually got an MRI (after all the insurance drama of needing different therapy trials first - meds, PT, etc), and it showed how bad it was.

MRI results came back and I have a trace posterior disc bulge at L4-5 and mild disc desiccation at L5-S1. Looks like I have to keep taking it easy but won’t require surgery 🙏 For anyone who suffers chronic back pain, I now have appreciation for everything you go through 😩

@p90princess Yeah, my disc was very desiccated, and bulging with nerve encroachment on both sides. It progressed over 13 years from a bulging disc to that and I lost feeling in my lower left leg. I felt 90% better after the surgery and I’m glad I did it, but I still have some tough struggles.

@anomallytv 🫶 it helps to know so many can understand the pain. Was your surgery because of a disc bulge as well?
