A couple of things more:
1. Fat heavy diets will backfire.
2. Keto coffee, mct oil shots will make you puke or have diarrhea
3. Fiber is essential. If volume eating is problematic, use psyllium husk.

I took Mounjaro and lost 10KGs.
Confidence up.
Feeling great.
But it came at a cost.
Emotional blunting.
An inability to feel the highs and lows of life.
Many will say its a small cost to pay.
Works if you're obese or diabetic.
Doesn't work otherwise.
No scientific data to back this.
But tons of anecdotal data.
Been off it since March 10.
Working out hard to not gain the weight back.
Tomorrow, Ozempic (its competitor) becomes generic in India. 1300-5000 rupees for a monthly dose. Lakhs of people will take it.
