@kaane0 I was absolutely addicted to sugar and had binge eating tendencies from a really young age (honestly as long as I can remember) then towards the end of my junior year of high school when I started having more restrictive tendencies

@grotesquia I honestly think that the main thing is the fragrance oil and solid cologne over sprays (at least it is for me) Ever since i switched I can go on a run and get all sweaty and gross and my one partner will still go on about how good I smell

@grotesquia In the shower I use scented shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that are all similar scents My deodorant is the same scent as my body wash, and I use fragrance oil and solid cologne that go well w everything else

another thing about being big!! i never learned how people smell so good. am i the only human who sweats? is my skin a perfume repellent? should i be reapplying deodorant every 2 hours? how do people smell delicious

@Manu_Stu @disordrd No it isn’t lmao First of all if you take 12oz of water and 12 of of soda there is more water in the 12oz of water because the soda has additives Not to mention most diet sodas have caffeine which is a diuretic and inherently makes the soda less hydrating
